This machine takes cartons one by one automatically and camera detect painting area with printing position offset every time. After print and detect charactor・GS1, unload them to lower conveyer in obliquely align. NG product is discharged to box outside of the line.

  • 1. For both one-touch and flap carton. Sheet label is available but there is some conditions.
  • 2. Printing/Detecting posiiton offset is operated. There is almost never gap.
  • 3. For Position offset camera/laser marker/printing inspection camera, there is a monitor that can switch display.

  • 1. This is a simple mechanism. It is easy to set-up change.
  • 2. Each barcode (including GS1 databar,etc) is available to print.
  • 3. Carton sealing machine is also available to mount.
