Place
a panel on the jig of the sliding table manually, and press start
button. At the cleaning stage, the panel surface is cleaned with
alcohol and laminated. The Polarizer which has been delaminated,
vacuumed, and aligned in is advance automatically to the next stage.
After the lamination, the panel is unloaded manually. |
